It depends what the other software needs. I expect that the other
software requires the voxels of the images to all correspond with each
other - in which case, I suggest you do a "coregister and reslice".

Subject: [SPM] question about the output of coregistration
Hello Experts,
A quick question about coregistration:
I want to use the output of coregistration in another software. I
realized
if I choose "coregister and reslice", the .mat file of the output image
still contains rotation and translation components. I was wondering if I
choose reslicing, should I resample the data (output of coregistration)
to
include .mat transformation within the data or should I directly use the
output without further resampling (for instance using reorient function
written by John)? Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Amir
