When was the word "marina" first used in English place-names?

OED (revised 2000) has the senses (1) that part of a coastal town, esp. a resort, which adjoins the sea; (2) a dock, harbour, or basin.  (1) is only recorded in foreign locations between 1798 and 1901, and (2) only since 1930.

This is quite inadequate, since Hastings had a West Marina in 1900, and Lowestoft had a Marina in 1904, the district next to the Herring Basin.  These are marked on OS maps, and there are probably more around this date.

Any earlier examples?
