WOOD-CHARCOAL
Archaeological wood and charcoal discussion list
The purpose of this list is to promote engagement and discussion between
specialists working on archaeological wood and charcoal. It provides a
forum for the dissemination of notices on conferences, meetings and
publications as well as discussion on relevant issues such as anatomical
identification, methodology, preservation, wood-working technology and
environmental reconstruction. The list aims to foster communication
between all environmental archaeologists from universities, contracting
